I learned that mandalas are a point that generates to a circle. I learned that I am made of atoms. What I learned about Chinese people is that rich Chinese people wore red. Their symbol is a dragon and they worship Buddha. We are similar to Chinese people because we all have landmarks. We all live on the Earth. What's different is that we speak different languages. I liked that we got to draw whatever we wanted. Note:
This mandala was made in a Mandala Project
workshop called "Chinese-American Mandala" in May, 2000. After
a presentation on Chinese culture, each student created a mandala with
symbols from both Chinese and American cultures and then wrote about their
