I learned that everything is a mandala and I learned what a mandala is and how it works. I learned that I am a mandala.

What I learned about Chinese people is how and what they believe in and what and how they eat etc. What we have in common is that we're people. We dress differently.

I like how she (Mrs. Cunningham) organized the workshop.

Note: This mandala was made in a Mandala Project workshop called "Chinese-American Mandala" in May, 2000. After a presentation on Chinese culture, each student created a mandala with symbols from both Chinese and American cultures and then wrote about their experience. Read more about the workshop.
