It isn't.

Enlightenment
or At-One-Ment
or (God forbid) Cosmic Consciousness
Or whatever you like to call it ,
IS

And it doesn't matter how you get there, Or "Get it"
Or Whatever.

Whether through Meditation
Or Contemplation
Or Martial Arts
Or you just trip and land on your head......
